Corvette C6 Chrome Sharkbar Harness Bar

The "C6 Chrome Sharkbar ™" is a bolt-in harness bar for 2005 to current Corvette coupes, including the C6 Z06 & ZR1. The harness bar keeps both occupants securely in place while auto crossing, drag or road racing and looks like a factory installation. The bar aligns the belts to the proper angles and helps stiffen the frame. The Sharkbar does not effect the operation of the OEM seat belts and does not block rear view mirror visibility. The factory quarter panels have to be modified to install the Sharkbar. We offer pre-modified quarter panels so the original panels will not need to be modified or customers can modify their own panels using a template we provide. The Bar requires a 3" aftermarket 5-point or 6-Point (individual style) belts. C6 SharkBar™ includes a detailed installation manual. The lap & 5-pt anti-submarine bars are sold separate. (On 6-pt harness belts, the 2 anti-sub belts anchor into the lap belt anchors.) We highly recommend using a sternum strap and a 6-pt harness when using factory (OEM) seats.
